The series is kicking off in the Northeast of England with two sets of house hunters who have decided now is the time to move back here from down south.

This time Kirstie and Phil are in Bristol. Phil's with Josh and Anna, who want their first home together - whilst Kirstie is with Sue and Samira who are making a bold move across the country to buy in a city they barely know.

This time Kirstie and Phil are in Devon. Famously beautiful, the county has proved a top spot for people moving from other parts of the UK. That makes the best houses even harder to get- but our property duo have never ducked a challenge.

This time, Kirstie and Phil are in the beautiful county of Yorkshire, savouring the delights of its biggest city, Leeds. Their two sets of house hunters want to up sticks and move here - but the market is moving too, and at breakneck speed.

This search sees Kirstie and Phil in Scotland's largest city, Glasgow - where it's a tale as old as time. Two couples, whose budgets won't stretch to what they want, where they want it.

Kirstie and Phil may be in the Home Counties - but homes have proved hard to come by for this week's couples.

We're on the Kent coast. Phil's home turf, he's going 'native' - setting crab pots to try to catch lunch, whilst he and Kirstie agree trying to catch a house will be even more difficult.
