As Clemente plans his wedding, he tries to hide the fact that he's doing it for love, and even invites Julio César. Tuerca becomes a police informant, but someone exposes his past, igniting the neighborhood's fury.

After the inn's closure, Tiluca sells the house, and the tenants part ways. Julio César realizes that Tuerca is in grave danger and may not make it across the border. It will be Tiluca, in a final act of love, who helps save him.
